Nvidia nearing announcement of big lease near The Domain, sources say
This is great news for North Austin near the Domain. This is a brief of what the article says. "The Silicon Valley-based tech giant — the largest company in the world, based on its $3.86 trillion market cap — will imminently announce a new office at One Uptown, several sources told the Austin Business Journal. The exact size of the lease remains unclear, but it is said to be closer to 100,000 square feet in the building that's part of Brandywine Realty Trust's Uptown ATX mixed-use development near The Domain.
That would be enough space for more than 650 employees, using a traditional estimate that workers take up roughly 150 square feet each.
